{"id":1429,"date":"2022-09-07T09:12:17","date_gmt":"2022-09-07T09:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arsiunelearning.net\/newweb\/?page_id=1429"},"modified":"2022-09-07T09:13:18","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T09:13:18","slug":"planning-monitoring-and-evaluation-directorate","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/arsiunelearning.net\/newweb\/planning-monitoring-and-evaluation-directorate\/","title":{"rendered":"Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Major <\/strong><strong>Duty and responsibility <\/strong><strong>of the office:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The Office of Strategic Plan has the following major duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Lead all operations in strategic planning;<\/li><li>Set guiding rules and coordinate the various planning units of the University;<\/li><li>Coordinate periodical performance reports, prepare and send reconciled university-wide plans to pertinent stakeholders;<\/li><li>Direct regular monitoring and evaluation tasks and lead studies pertinent to institutional needs and priorities;<\/li><li>Direct the smooth making and use of policies, standards and procedures for planning and reporting mechanisms throughout the university working units;<\/li><li>Lead initiatives towards periodical review of the University\u2019s progress;<\/li><li>Liaise with different sections of the university and other appropriate stakeholders with the purpose to enhance&nbsp;
